I facilitates conversations that bring awareness of systematic issues, provide space for acknowledging racial trauma, and allow individuals to start their journey of liberation. My goal is to help companies and individuals to become anti-racist.
As an Anti-Racist Facilitator, I lead all of my workshops using my ethos as my guide. My Anti-Racist Theatre Ethos is to be aware that racism is embedded in our society and to use my power to educate, prevent harm, and encourage healing that moves us towards liberation.⠀
I am committed to facilitating conversations that allow individuals to : ⠀ 1. Bringing Awareness (Education)⠀ ⠀
Understanding their Internalized Oppressions, Bias, Prejudices, etc.⠀
